Repair or Partially Replace Wood Flooring in 63146

Just Hardwood Floors, but I was totally impressed after talkign with Rick over the telephone, then after meeting him and him coming to visit our home and giving us a bid, there was no decision to make. They did a wonderful, fantastic job!

They repaired a brand-new wood floor that had been damaged by a construction worker. I was worried that it would be horribly expensive to repair it to like new, but Rock wood came in and fixed it quickly, efficiently, and perfectly. They replaced only those boards that had been damaged, and matched with the rest of the floor perfectly. THANKS!

I asked for two services to finish up the project that I had started. Their fast response was impressive. I needed 7 transition pieces and a buff with final coat. After the first day of work, the transition pieces were not stained to match the floor, two of the transitions were 1/2" too high, and the buffer had buffed down through the stain in a few places. The second day the transitions were fixed, and the buff marks removed.
