Efficient, professional, very neat - especially on first job. They put up sheeting so dust did not disperse to rest of the house. We have had them work on two areas of the house, and will continue to use them as the renovations progress.

Jacob explained to us our unique floor in detail, and what could be done. His workmen did a good job. The floor looks great. We only have one slight problem, the door frame around the front door does not meet the floor, and their is a gap there under each side of the door frame. This was preexisting. I thought they would fill this with wood, but they did not, I guess because quarter round does not go on door frames. So we have gaps there that need to be filled.

They were very professional and freindly. When they moved the furniture out, they asked me exactly where I wanted everything so I could still access the areas I needed to, even though that meant carrying some of it further. All 3 companies bid the job thinking some of the stained boards in the floor would have to be replaced; however, the guys from Rockwood got the stains to sand out so the price was cheaper and the floors look spectacular! They were prompt every day and got the job done in the promised time. I would highly recomend them. - Gloria A.
