When they first came out to do a deep clean, they did not perform as to be expected. I called Complete Cleaning and the owner called me back promptly and wanted to fix the problem. When they came out the second time, they apologized and were more than happy to fix what was not done before. My home looks great and I will try them again for a more routine cleaning as long as they are still performing as to be expected.
