I was contacted immediately about the repair/replacement. They were upfront with the pricing, and provided choices for a replacement thermostat on the phone during the initial call. He made plans to come that evening to take care of the problem. He checked the furnace, and then promptly replaced the thermomstat when it was determined that was the problem. Very clean and tidy, and even brought in a tarp to cover the floor with. After the installation, he explained how the new thermomstat worked, and showed me how to program it. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again if I need any heating or cooling work completed.
