Cannot thank you enough for your guidance, professionalism, and patience as I asked you 93 questions (one for each of the yard bushes that you and your team removed from the yard) since this project began. Appreciate the numerous trips to my house to go through questions and "walk throughs" that I requested, the time you devoted to helping me understand the sprinkler system controller, how it works, how it operates and mostly, the high quality components that you use in designing your system. You were most accommodating with special requests that I had for you in designing the system and wanted you to know that it is truly appreciated. John called the next business day after the request from Service Magic. We met shortly thereafter and he walked through the property, asked about what I wanted to do and explained the pros and cons of various options. Based on our conversation, he promptly sent me a bid that was within the range that we had talked about in our meeting. The project started two weeks later and was completed in the time frame that he originally described. The workers were friendly, informative, hard working and willing to answer all of our questions. The sprinkler ran for the first time last night and everything was great.
