we were very pleased with the friendliness of the staff. We were given a time and they were punctual. They called to let us know they were on the way. Told us a time to expect the doors and windows to come in and we are waiting for them to arrive. The professionalism that has been shown is great. No heavy pressure sales. Rep sat down and talked and explained and took time to answer questions without making us feel rushed. . doors were in when we were told and installed.
