Erik and Lance of Service Technology were first-rate technicians, who responded immediately and courteously to our request for service. They came at a time convenient to our schedule, in spite or 2 or 3 time changes due to unexpected interruptions. They stayed as long as it took to complete the job and did not charge for the visit, only for repairs and software. They answered all of our questions and urged us to call back if there were any problems, for which their services would be without charge. We have been very satisfied with their work and expect to call them back if we need other computer services.
