Ian was great! He was very personable and was able to explain the problems that stopped our unit from working. He was able to quote prices for multiple options so that we could decide if a quick fix or replacing the whole unit would be the best option for our budget. We opted to replace the entire unit. Ian was able to fit us in within a few days. He had the removal and install finished the same day so that my husband would only miss one day of work. We have already recommended him to friends with AC repair/replacement needs.

I would certainly recommend Arch Air. Ian was very professional and shared the maintenance process with me. Even when he ran into some pretty tough valves on my radiators, he was able to service them. Most important, he cleaned up after his job.
